  • Thank you for submitting your announcement to the Howl, Hayhurst's weekly newsletter.

    Normally, the weekly newsletter is sent out on Mondays, but it is prepared and ready to send on Fridays. Announcements should be submitted by 5pm Thursday evening to be included in the newsletter (though we may catch later submissions in time).

    If you need to submit an urgent announcement, please contact the school office.

    It is really helpful if you can include an image with your announcement, even if it's just decorative, but please be respectful of copyrights.

    When including an image, like a graphic or a flier, with text in it, please also include some or all the text from the image in the Announcement Text field of the form. It may seem redundant, but when you don't, we need to type it in, which makes publishing the newsletter more time consuming. We avoid sharing announcements with image only (where the text is only embedded in the email) as it is not ADA compliant and is difficult for non-English readers (consider people using screen readers and translation software to read the newsletter).
