Hayhurst Chess Club kicked off tournament season in a huge way.
Thank you to the sponsors and families who made the Hayhurst Halloween Chess Tournament a success!
In addition to hosting 235 kids, the club won 2nd place team trophies in both the beginner and intermediate divisions as well as several individual awards:
- 1st place individual U1200
- Top Female Awards in three sections
- 2nd place U1000B
- 2nd place individuals in U600A and U600C
- 4th Place in U600C
- 5 individual Plus Score Medals
