SMILE! It’s school photo time!

Rebecca Hicks from Rebecca Hicks PDX Photography will be coming to school on Tuesday, May 25th to take your student’s school photo. Rebecca is a SW Portland mom with two girls who attended Odyssey at Hayhurst. She’ll be at school all day so everyone has a chance to be photographed.

Hybrid students will go with their class during the school day and CDL students may stop by after school before 6 PM. The photos will take place outside.

Students will remain masked except for the 15 seconds it takes to snap their photo (she did photos at Maplewood in March and it really is that fast). Rebecca will remained masked the whole time and keep her distance from the students 🙂

We appreciate Rebecca’s help with this effort, especially for helping us make this picture day available to all Hayhurst students!

Opting Out of Picture Day

For Hybrid students, you can opt out of picture day by completing this form. Complete and return this form only if you do NOT give permission for your student photo to be taken.

Ordering Photos

How to order photos: You may purchase prints by using the attached order form or by contacting Rebecca directly. Order forms will go home with Hybrid students sometime in the coming week. Hybrid students may send their order form to school with their student on or before photo day. CDL students may bring their order form to Rebecca during their photo time.

How to pay for photos: You may pay with cash, check (made out to Rebecca Hicks) or online (by credit card) via Square by clicking this link or by scanning the QR code below and on the bottom right corner of the form and enter your total.

Complimentary photo: You can request a complimentary photo of your student this year. This option is for families that could use a little extra help this year. Simply mark this option in the attached form.

How you’ll get your photos: Orders will be sent home with hybrid students by the end of the school year. Arrangements will be made directly with CDL families, also by the end of the school year.
