You’re invited to participate in the Hayhurst Elementary School Halloween Costume Contest as part of Hayhurst’s Virtual Monster Mash (Friday, October 30th at 6:30 PM via Zoom, details here). Submission deadline: Midnight, October 28th. See details below.

Submissions
To participate please submit one photo of your child in costume to teacheroutreach@hayhurstpta.org by Wednesday, October 28th at midnight. Unfortunately any submissions after that date will not be guaranteed to be shown during our Hayhurst Virtual Monster Mash.
Submissions should include:
- One photo of your child
- Your child’s full name
- What grade they are in!
All submissions will be complied by grade level into a slideshow. The slideshow will be shown during the Virtual Monster Mash and schoolwide voting will occur directly after the slide show by a virtual poll. Prizes will be awarded per grade level and delivered to your doorstep!
Rules/ Costume Guidelines
- No costumes that are provocative, revealing, sexual in nature, or employ questionable props.
- No costumes that depict violence, alcohol, or drugs. Fake weapons are not allowed.
- No costumes that could be offensive or perpetuate a stereotype of someone’s culture, gender, heritage, or religion.
- One submission per child. Photos will only be accepted, no videos.
