If you followed the PTA/PTO conversation at Hayhurst, here’s an update. The Hayhurst PTO will dissolve this year as the benefit of changing to a PTO is not as great as staying as a PTA right now. Trying to run two organizations in the near future is going to be challenging.
All money donated to the PTO will be donated to the Hayhurst PTA as both organizations serve the Hayhurst community and have pretty much the same mission.
We appreciate everyone’s efforts to attempt a transition.
