Hello Families of Hayhurst!
We are excited too announce that your invitations for the 2018 Lights, Camera, Auction are in the mail! You should be receiving them shortly.
We only have a few short months left before the Auction so keep an eye out for more announcements as we get closer.
We hope to see you all at the auction and urge you to buy tickets NOW during our early bird special. $40 tickets are available now until February 15th. After this date, the price changes to $50/ticket! Tickets includes entry into the Auction, two drink tickets and a buffet dinner.
We are also offering 7 premium tables which places you up front for the live auction. These limited number of tables are $700 for a table of 10. This will give you and 9 of your friends a reserved seat close to all of the action as well as two free bottles of wine in addition to your two drink tickets. These tables are on a first come first serve basis.
If you are interested in purchasing Lights Camera Auction tickets you have 3 options to make it easy for you:
- Visit the Hayhurst Auction website at www.hayhurstauction.com and purchase your tickets online using PayPal, Square or a pay offline option which gives you the option to drop a check off in the office! To pay by check, fill out a slip, attach your check to the slip and drop it in the PTA box-all located in the office
- Don’t bother with online and just fill out a slip (located in the office) with all of your information and a check for the amount of tickets you would like and we will take care of the rest! Drop it in the PTA box and we will get you entered and ready to go.
- Purchase tickets from one of the Auction team members that will be in the school lobby periodically between now and April 1st to take your information and money for tickets.
Whichever option you choose, we want to see you at the Auction! The night of the Auction, just come to the check in desk, give us your last name and we will give you everything you need for the evening as well as your two free drink tickets!
